Gate Remote Issue

Dear Homeowners:

I know that this ongoing gate/clicker/code issue is inconvenient, but please know that we are working diligently to resolve this issue. When troubleshooting, Precision concluded that the file housing all of the codes was corrupted. This file was cleared and re-created. 

After this was done and it was found that there were still issues, we were alerted that Precision will have to go back to the drawing board and troubleshoot further. We will be in contact and keep everyone updated. 

Again, I know that this is extremely frustrating, but do know that we are doing our best to get this problem resolved. In the event that you do become locked out, please continue to use the keypad, call a neighbor, or call Spectrum at (210) 494-0659 to get a temporary code to allow access onto the property. 

If you are calling after 5:00 p.m., you will receive an after-hours message. Upon hearing this, you will be prompted to select one of many choices. Please choose option 8 to avoid listening to the entire recording.
