Your HOA: New Feature - Online Recurring Payments

At Spectrum Association Management, we strive to provide outstanding customer service to our homeowners and board members. Your feedback is always appreciated; homeowners, we have listened! You are now able to set up online recurring payments for association assessments!

 

Previously, when setting up online payments, you could only set up payments for one year at a time. Your community website now offers an option to set up recurring payments for your association assessments.

 

You are now able to schedule the month and day of your assessment payment. All you have to do is check the box next to "Please check this box to automatically renew your recurring payment dates." Payments of the same amount will renew automatically each year or quarter on the dates selected. Please note: Homeowners are responsible for adjusting the recurring payment amount if the association’s assessment changes.
