About Us

Forest Ridge Owners Association, Inc.

The Forest Ridge Owners Association, Inc. is a non-profit organization that owns and maintains the common property and facilities in the Forest Ridge Subdivision. The common properties and facilities include, but are not limited to, streets, pool, playground, green belt, entry improvements, landscaping, sprinkler systems and general improvements. This community seeks to provide a quality environment for all residents and a safe and friendly place for families to live.

The association consists of committees and a Board of Directors, who are homeowners elected by the voting members. The Board of Directors is given its power through the community documents, which include the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions, and the By Laws. These documents give the Board the power to adopt, amend, and repeal policies and procedures as it deems necessary.

The Association's annual dues are $640 made in quarterly payments. Our income is collected through assessments charged our homeowners. Every homeowner is an automatic member and shares a portion of the responsibility for its support. Every year a budget is established for the next year to cover the projected expenses involved in maintaining the commonly owned landscaped areas, administrative functions, swimming pool and landscape.

Forest Ridge is a gated community with 316 lots.

The community includes a swimming pool, playground, walking trails and professional landscaping throughout.
